Reflective SWOT analysis

I will be writing my reflective essay using a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), that I was introduced to in my critical approach lecture. The SWOT analysis helps show my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Starting with my strengths; I had to write many notes and analyze what my strengths really are, I came to a conclusion that I am a very focused, motivated and constructive learner. With these four strengths I know that I can achieve and get the results I want, with university, work and everyday life in general. I am a business student and in my opinion, everywhere you look and everything we do, we are surrounded by business. That is how I reflect when I am doing business assignments and projects. Everything I do, I transfer it into a real problem and always try to find 10 different ways of approaching them.
Of course no one is perfect, there are always areas for improvements. I am not perfect, when it comes to concentration and concentrating on work I am last in line. I always start of perfectly, with a plan and a way to start and do my work, Beginning, middle and end. When I get half way through my work I blank out and find myself staring at walls, chewing a pen or even realizing that I am having conversations with myself. That is never good, I always want to do better and I know that if I keep up the hard work will pay off. Unfortunately no matter how much I try to keep concentrated and focus, I always lose it.
Another positive factor I have is my being able to work in groups. It is one of my favorite ways of learning. I try so hard to help the group I am in; I always have options, notes and help for other people ready. Active learning is first and best way of learning. Actually getting myself involved in the work helps me to memorize and remember it better.
